The Final Outcome
FLOATING DETAILS
A thin worktop profile creates negative space and a sense of layering which is further achieved by the floating cabinetry. Whilst offering more storage for occasional glassware, this feature adds intrigue to a large island which could otherwise feel overbearing due to its large proportions. A calming sense of symmetry is achieved by reflecting this design on both ends of the kitchen island.
BREAKFAST BAR
A raised breakfast bar is integrated into the island worktop top, perfectly complementing the bespoke bar stools. The contrasting timber material with glass worktop interrupts the vast granite worktop and creates a visual zone.
GRANITE WORKTOPS
The beautiful Juparana Torrone granite worktop combines the tones of the neutral lacquer and dark timber high gloss cabinetry, tying the palette together. The bold pattern of the granite worktop enhances the impact of the design, whilst offering outstanding durability to suit a family kitchen.
