In 2022, Extreme celebrated the completion of another project with long-standing partners, Octagon Developments.

The prestigious St George’s Hill estate has long been recognised internationally as Britain’s most exclusive country estate. 2022 saw the launch of a new super mansion designed and built by Octagon Developments with interiors designed by Octagon Interiors.

The magnificent home features 14,000 sq ft of accommodation over three floors, including an indoor leisure complex, independent staff accommodation, gym and generous home office, fulfilling the brief for a modern-day mansion. The striking neo-Georgian exterior is paired with state-of-the-art interiors, maintaining the core principles of an Octagon home – it is instantly recognisable, with its own individual character. Kitchen & Fitted Furniture by Extreme

Extreme was appointed to design and install the kitchen, lobby, laundry and staff kitchen. The materials and colour palette reflect the luxurious style synonymous with an Octagon home. Featuring timber veneer cabinetry lifted by polished porcelain worktops and patinated brass accents.

“We have been proudly working alongside Octagon since 2005,” says Marcello Cuconato, Extreme Design’s Creative Director. “Collaborating alongside Octagon’s in-house interior design team, we were able to create a space which sits perfectly within the property and is an extension of the luxurious specification that runs throughout the house. The texture in the veneer and elegant metal finishes creates an understated glamour, while the layout and high specification of appliances make the space both practical and future-proof.”
